If you have noticed am unauthorized charge, usually for $96, on your credit card for a membership in Best Price USA or Triad Discount Buying Service, you should immediately write the Triad Marketing Group to cancel your membership and request a refund.
YOU MUST WRITE, NOT CALL. Your letter should be sent via certified mail, return receipt requested. Telephone calls are not adequate.
The following is a sample letter. You should modify the wording to fit your circumstances.

Dear Sirs:
You recently charged my (credit card/debit card/bank account) $96 for membership in your discount buying service. I did not order this service and did not authorize the charge against my account.
Demand is hereby made for an immediate refund of all charges levied against my account. Payment in full must be made to me at the address given below within 30 days or further actions may be initiated.
Additionally, you are hereby notified that you are not authorized to levy any charges of any kind whatsoever against any credit card, debit card or bank account controlled by me at any time unless such charge is specifically authorized by me in writing.
