Century Shower Door manufactures and installs high end custom made shower doors throughout the Western United States.
We have recently discovered several posts on your website concerning customer complaints related to another company named Century Shower Door. ... From the descriptions contained in the complaints, we have been able to discern that the complaints relate to an entirely different Century Shower Door company, this one located in New Jersey.
While our client was able to determine the complaints referenced on your website pertained exclusively to the New Jersey company, we are gravely concerned that an average consumer would not be able to make such a distinction. Thus, it is likely that a consumer would associate the defective products of the New Jersey company with our client's high quality product. Obviously, this confusion has the potential to cause untold damages including without limitation, lost sales and hann to our client's strong business reputation and goodwill.
As a result, we are hereby requesting an appropriate disclaimer (or editorial note) be placed in a prominent location on the web site advising readers that there are two distinct Century Shower Door Companies and that the complaints relate entirely to the New Jersey based company.
