Q-Ray sent us the following information about their return procedures:
The 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee begins the day you receive your bracelet.
Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for
reimbursement of the full purchase price. Unlike other bracelets, you will know the Q-Ray is working
for you within a very short period of time. Once you feel it working, you will not want to take it off. From
the moment you put the Q-Ray on your wrist it is attuning itself to your body and will work best only for
you from that point forward. If you decide not to keep the Q-Ray, simply return it within 30 days for a full
refund of the purchase price.
- Send back all materials in their original packaging.
- Return Original Invoice - please complete EXCHANGE/RETURN FROM in back of the invoice.
- Please make a copy of this invoice for your records.
- For your safety - ship the package back to Q-Ray using a trackable method.
- Use the RETURN SHIPPING LABEL provided on the other side.
- Please return within the Guarantee period.
