Consumer complaints about Ticketsnow.com

Ticketsnow responds to customers' complaints: We maintain an online exchange of event tickets for sellers in the secondary ticket market, as well as providing customer service for hundreds of web sites which list those tickets for sale.

Due to the scope of this exchange--well over 7 million tickets to more than 80,000 events--it is inevitable that occasionally we will experience listing errors. While this possibility is addressed in the Terms (to which customers must actively indicate their understanding and agreement prior to being allowed to place an order)of the websites, we still recognize, understand and empathize with the disappointment (and other negative feelings) that result when a customer finds out that they are not getting the tickets they requested due to such an error.

We value both our customers and our reputation very highly, and we sincerely regret that this situation wasn\'t explained more satisfactorily to Michael when he initially contacted us. In fact, when I personally contacted Michael and did explain the circumstances, he was extremely understanding and satisfied with the response. In addition, I have reaffirmed to our customer service staff the importance of fully investigating every customer issue before responding to the customer's inquiry, to avoid this kind of misunderstanding in the future.

Our customer service contact information--email and toll-free telephone numbers--are given on all web sites with which we are associated, and we urge customers with any kind of issue to contact us 7 days a week, between 7 a.m. and 1 a.m. daily. We're not perfect, but we strive for perfection every day, and we welcome any and all feedback that will carry us further toward that goal.

Thank you!
