First National Bank of South Dakota Responds

In response to the many complaints on our site, we received the following response from First National Bank of South Dakota:

First National Bank South Dakota does not issue credit cards. This is done for us through First BankCard. The complaints issued should not be directed toward the bank, which does not have any authority in how the credit is offered.

It does not seem to have occurred to Ms. Baumeister that by putting its name on these cards the bank is lending its presumably proud name to these unfortunate tactics. This is the most non-responsive response imaginable.
